Of Waukesha, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2012, peacefully at her home at the age of 84 years. Myrtle was born on Nov. 27, 1927, the daughter of Walter and Hilda (Barske) Rindt. She married Ervin Halverson on June 28, 1947. Myrtle was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Waukesha; she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Myrtle will be sadly missed by her sons, Rodney (Sandy) Halverson and Mark Halverson; brother, Walter (Marion) Rindt; sisters, Ruth Kahn and Jean Wallschlaeger. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Myrtle is preceded in death by her husband, Ervin; brothers, Robert "Bobby" and Richard Rindt. The visitation for Myrtle will be held from 5:00p.m. until the time of the 7:00p.m. funeral service, on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. The Rev. Peter Schmidt will be officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the American Cancer Society, N19 W24350 Riverwood Dr. Waukesha, WI 53188. Private interment will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
