Debbie Ann Mullins, 64 of Church Hill went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Holston Valley Medical Center following an extended illness. She was a loving daughter, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Robert Mullins.
Survivors include her mother, Wilma Mullins; brother, Keith Mullins; along with several aunts, uncles and cousins whom she loved dearly.
No formal services will be conducted at this time. Friends may visit anytime at the home.
Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill is serving the Mullins family.
