Jerome “Jerry, Pappy”
Age 89 of St. Paul, Passed away peacefully on Nov. 16th, 2024. Pappy was born on July 2nd, 1935, in Faribault, MN. Married Alice Schoen on May 31st, 1958. Jerry was respected and admired by many, but his passion was his bees. He was a beekeeper for half his life.
He was preceded in death by his sons Paul and Mark, wife Alice, and sisters Noreen, Susan, and Kay.
He is survived by his sons David (Lucy), John (Maaja), and Peter (Anna), brothers Kevin and Tim and sister Pat. His grandchildren Benjamin, Taylor, Nicholas, Lauren, Margot, Charlie, Michael, Maddie (Colten) Enderson, Eddie, Sam, Henry, and great-grandchild Alice.
Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, November 26th, 10 am at Church of St. Mark, 2001 Dayton Ave., St. Paul, MN 55104. Visitation 1 hr. prior to mass. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery at 2:00pm, meet at assembly area B.
