Elizabeth Lorusso, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 22, 2024.
Elizabeth was born on November 26, 1933 in New York to Edna and Charles Howard. She grew up in a household full of love with her siblings Richard, Ellen, and Robert. In 1958, she married her husband Sergio J. Lorusso and became a loving mother to four wonderful daughters, Donna (David), Cynthia (Scott), Lisa (Mark), and Debra (Robert). Her most prized accomplishment was being “nan” to her to six grandchildren, Christopher (Chelsea), Nicolas, Holly (Daniel), Anthony, Alison, and Brooke.
Elizabeth enjoyed traveling the world with her family and friends, most especially when she was able to visit her favorite destination, Paris, France.
We will think of her often as we sip a martini or enjoy a scratch off. May her memory live on forever and may she rest in peace.
In lieu of flowers, we request that donations be made to Hospice Care of the Lowcountry: Contributions and Donations | Southern Beaufort County's Hospice Care
A funeral mass and reception will be held on December 18th at 10:30am. Please see below for further information and location details.
