Obituary John Bukowski January 26, 1935 - April 20, 2020 Today we rest George John Bukowski. John passed away April 20, 2020 at the age of 85. John was born January 26, 1935 to Joseph and Ellen Bukowski in Brownsville, Pennsylvania. John joined the US Army where he served two years as an enlisted soldier. After the military John worked as a factory worker at Harshaw Chemical until he retired in Elyria Ohio. John was a black belt in Taekwondo and enjoyed watching football (Go Browns) and baseball (Go Indians). John became a widow in 2006 when the love of his life Bonnie Bukowski (Ditko) passed away in Elyria Ohio. In 2015 John†™s daughters moved him to Lakewood, Colorado where he spent the rest of his life in the company of his loving daughters. John is survived by his siblings Barbara Collins, Joseph Bukowski, and James Bukowski. John is survived by his children Pamela Bukowski and Debbie Williams (married to Scott Williams), John Bukowski (deceased), and John Moncheck -- also known as Little John. John is survived by six grandchildren: Alisyn, Chris, Nicky, Patrick, Jason, and Jack and three great grandchildren: Morgan, Sophia, and Nathan. Preceding his death are siblings Arthur Bukowski and Charles Bukowski. Due to the unfortunate events in the world a private military service will be held in the future at Ft. Logan Cemetery.
