Shirley Ann Adams, age 72 of Eidson, TN, entered eternity on Friday, December 20, 2024. Shirley was born August 18, 1952, in Sevierville, TN to Irvin and Erika Sutton. Shirley married Kim Adams on April 16, 1977, and after 38 years of a beautiful marriage, he preceded her in death on January 25, 2016.
Shirley was at peace being at home and with her family. Her family was her life.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Kim Adams; and one brother, Claude Sutton. She is survived by her two daughters, April Rogers, and Kirsten Heath (Walter); one son, Christopher Adams; grandchildren, Logan Tipton, Lacie Bohanan, Kaleb Heath, Sterling Heath, and Brianna Heath; one great-grandson, Westin Tipton; sister-in-law, Gada Sutton; brother, Sam Sutton (Rosie); sister, Charlotte Rogers (Judson); and many loving nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Per Shirley’s wishes, there will be no formal services at this time.
Carter-Trent Funeral Home Kingsport is serving the Adams family.
