Cynthia Renee Downey, 54, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 25, 1971 to the late Everett Martin Downey and Linda Joyce (Riordan) Downey.
Cynthia is survived by her sisters, Paula Downey (Katie), Frankfort, KY, Crystal Downey Lyons, Bardstown, KY, Olanda Cody, Mt Washington, and Samantha Downey, Frankfort, KY. She is also survived by 6 amazing children and 2 grandkids.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
