Stephen T. Clark, 79, of Yuba City, CA, passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2025. Steven was born on January 6, 1946, in Wichita, KS.
He enlisted in the United States Air Force, and served three years in the service.
Upon leaving the service, he completed his education at USC and earned a degree in accounting.
Later he and his first wife, Bonnie, moved to Sacramento, CA, and opened a CPA Accounting Firm. In 1980, their daughter, Catherine, was born. Steve and Carol met when they were both 49, and got married a year later in 1996.
Steve and Carol loved traveling and they spent many summers traveling all over the United States and the British Isles.
Steve loved collecting classic cars and building beautiful doll houses and dioramas. Three of his classic cars were donated to the California Automobile Museum in Sacramento, CA, on Front Street. He was very proud of those cars.
Steve adored his three granddaughters, Madeleine, Abigail, and Vera, and he thought they were the best kids in the world.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Carol, his brother, Dave (Felicity) Clark; his daughter, Catherine (Chris) Ramiriz; step-son, Brian Anderson; step-daughter, Wendy Salters (Arno); and his granddaughters.
Steve was a very kind man who never met a stranger.
A memorial service will take place at the Ullrey memorial Chapel in Yuba City, CA, on August 1, 2025, at 11 AM. A reception will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sutter County Library.
