Betsey Morse, age 85, of Duluth, Minnesota, died on July 22nd, 2025.
She was born on September 15, 1939, and married Carlton Morse on July 13, 1956. After Carlton's passing, she spent many years with her partner, Kenneth Poferl, who survives her.
Betsey worked part time at Target for many years and really enjoyed her time there.
She enjoyed camping, especially with her Good Sam's group, where she proudly served as Wagon Master for a time--something she truly enjoyed. She and Ken loved travelling together and spent many winters as snowbirds in Yuma, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carlton; and her brothers Randy Jorgensen, Paul Jorgensen, Dick Johnson, and Roger Johnson.
She is survived by her sister, Violet Morse of Oregon; her partner, Kenneth Poferl; her children Colleen Blomquist, Chris Morse, Greg Morse, and Scott Morse; and her grandchildren Jordan, Dane, Chelsea, Hannah, and Shelby.
A service was held on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025 at Atkins Northland Funeral Home. She was buried at Oneota Cemetery.
