Michael Anthony Dreher

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Anthony Dreher, beloved husband, father, brother and friend.  Michael passed away with no pain on July 24th, 2025, at the age of 67, surrounded by his family. 

Born in Longmont, Colorado, Michael was the second eldest of four siblings.  He worked for Storage Technology and was sent all over the world.  He was a loving gentle father, husband, dedicating his life to both Pat and Holly.  He loved spending time with his dogs, Sparky, Noel, Belle and Autmn and his cat Twilight.  He really enjoyed having a coffee or a meal with family and friends.  He would meet complete strangers and could strike up a conversation with them as if he knew that person forever.  He always has a positive attitude, even with all the physical challenges that he was facing every day.  He would always be ready to help others in any way that he could, even with people that he did not know.  We looked up to him and admired how he strove to live life, fighting all of his physical challenges every day with a smile, focusing on the positive and others.   

Michael married Patricia Roseberry, 1990.  Together the built a full life filled with love and adventures.  He was a devoted father to Holly Dreher.   

He always had a passion for trying things, and working with his hands.   

He is survived by his wife Patricia, and his daughter Holly, and his siblings Melosina Dreher, Cecilia Dreher, and David Dreher.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Marie and Edgar Dreher.   

A burial service will be held on Friday, August 22nd at 10 am at Foothills Garden of Memory grave site, 14241 North 107th Street, Longmont, CO 80504.  The family would like you to join them afterwords at Carroll-Lewellen Funeral and Cremation, 503 Terry Street, Longmont, CO 80501 for some refreshments in his honor.  The family requests that there will be no flowers.
