Victor Randolf Weiss, 86, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away on May 16th, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Born March 29, 1939, he was the son of the late Theresa Tancredi (Luciano) and Victor Randolf Weiss, Sr.
Victor is survived by his daughters Cheryl Ann Kirby (Michael) and Karen Marie Weiss and his grandson, Stefan Holt Schecter.
Victor is the brother of Dorothy Devlin (Weiss), Jeffrey Lee Weiss and Louis Tancredi.
Victor was a successful Sales and Marketing professional, owning his own business in the Philadelphia area for many years.
Victor had an adventurous, gregarious spirit, could fix anything and was an avid pool player.
He will be remembered as a loving son, husband, father, and brother. Victor served his country and was a Navy veteran.
We love you and miss you, Dad. We know you are in the arms of our Lord Jesus and look forward to seeing you again.
