Carole J Bennett nee Poffenbaugh
Born 10/29/1938 in Toledo Ohio Passed away 8/8/2025 Tucson Arizona Preceded in death by her Husband George, Daughter Wendy Kinsey, Son Wesley Bennett and grandson Greyson Bennett. Both Carole and George were born and raised in Toledo, after graduation Carole became the wife of a USMC man. The next 20 years were spent moving from duty station to duty station. Along the way Carole had 4 children Kathleen 1958, North Carolina, Wendy 1960 Florida, Wesley 1962 California and Kevin 1967 in California. They retired in 1977 from The USMC and 1978 moved to Tucson. Carole worked as a secretary at a Luthern Church and then went to work at the Gaslight Print next to the Gaslight Theater. Carole worked at the print shop for about 30 years finally retiring just before her death.She is survived by her Sister Charlene and Brother Terrence.Her daughter Kathleen and son Kevin, also 7 grandkids and 9 great grandkids. There will be a celebration of Life in Sept at the Theater. Details will be available soon.Donations
