Elizabeth Ann Hewitt, age 81, passed away on August 11th of 2025 at home peacefully with her loved ones. Born on September 8th of 1943, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who dedicated her life to her family and friends.
She is remembered for her generosity, kindness, patience and her love for others. Her greatest achievement in life was watching her child grow and create his own family who she loved deeply. She was known for her famous sweet tea and homemade southern cooking.
She is survived by her son, grandkids and great grandkids.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 12-2PM at Thompson Funeral Home located off Augusta Road in Lexington.
