Amador "Gene" Alarcon
October 6th, 1977 - August 13th, 2025

Amador "Gene" Alarcon, age 47, of Denver, Colorado, passed away peacefully on 08/13/25, leaving behind a legacy of love and unforgettable joy. Gene was a man whose presence lit up every room and whose heart had room for everyone.
Born on 10/06/1977, Gene had an early love for bikes that stayed with him his entire life. To him, riding wasn't just a hobby - it was freedom, movement, meditation, and celebration. When cruising the city streets, Gene found peace and purpose on two wheels. His bike was his sanctuary, and the road was his path to joy.
More than anything, Gene loved people, children, and his family. Gene was intelligent, a creator, a rare find, those who knew him were fortunate, he was a rare gift that was granted to a few. With a brilliant mind, a generous heart, and a mischievous smile, he brought comfort and laughter to all.
Gene's passing is a heartbreaking loss to his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. Though our heart ache, we take comfort in knowing that this is not the end of his ride, Gene has simply turned a corner we cannot yet see. He rides now in the light of heaven, free and whole, waiting patiently for those he loved to meet him further down the road.
He is preceded in death by his father Amador Alarcon and is survived by his mother Maria Alarcon and sisters Irma Urbina, Norma Alarcon, Laura Alarcon, Diana Alarcon, and his son Andrew Alarcon.
He lived. He loved. He rides on.
A celebration of Gene's life will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 - All are welcome to attend and honor his life.
