Carol June Logan, 84, passed away August 14, 2025 at Nampa ID. Carol was the second of four daughters of Daniel and Freeda Kaufman. She was born in Sheridan, WY August 19, 1940. She spent her early years living on a ranch and attending school in Big Horn, Wyoming. She loved animals and ranch life. Carol married Johnny Baker and had sons Robert Wayne (Rob) and Steven Craig and moved to Sheridan. Following a divorce she moved with the boys to Boise, ID. In her new life she met and married Monte Logan in 1962. They combined families, adding Monte's son Jay and newborn son Darrel and moved to a 40 acre farm in Middleton, Idaho in 1968. After settling down they adopted daughter Melody. Later they adopted and raised grandson Robert (Rob) Anthony. Carol loved family first and foremost and loved being a second mom to friends of her sons. She loved her yard, flowers, sewing, cooking, canning, fixing things, puzzles and family time. She had been employed at Milt's Food Market and the Kit Trailer Factory. After Monte's passing in 2011 she enjoyed volunteering at the Middleton Food Bank, attending yard sales and helping others. Survivors are sons Steven (Jo), Darrel (Michelle), and Robert Anthony and daughter Melody; grandchildren Holly, Kevin, Steven, Randy, Dwain, Ashley, Jessica, Dustin, Grace, Jaiden and Nicholy, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Special sons included Scott DeChambeau, John Reeser, Gary Rowell and Chuck Warfield. Children Julie and Robert Wayne and granddaughter Elicia preceded her in death. The family is grateful to caregivers Sandi Bahr and Maria Torres as well as the staff of Luna House for their loving care. A public viewing will take place on September 17th, 2025 at 4pm at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell, ID. The Funeral Service will be on September 18th at 11am at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell, ID.
