Joe Carroll Harrod

Joe Carroll Harrod, 80, husband of Barbara Ann DeVary Harrod, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025 surrounded by his family. Joe was born in Shelbyville on May 19, 1945 to the late Barnett and Annabelle Bailey Harrod. He was a Lab Technician with the Frankfort Electric and Water Filtration Plant and a member of Elmburg Baptist Church. Joe enjoyed deer hunting, golf, and anything outdoors.
In addition to his wife Barbara, he is survived by his daughter, Becky Rice (Bill), Frankfort; his son, John Harrod, Frankfort; his grandchildren, Kris Toles, Kayla Asp, and John Wesley Harrod; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Cameron, Kora, and Leslie.
