Dolores Ann Beylo

Dolores Ann Beylo, 89, of Melbourne Florida, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025, surrounded by her sons. 

Born on December 10, 1936, in Binghamton NY, she lived a full life marked by love, faith, and devotion. She married the love of her life, Frank Beylo, and together they shared 59 wonderful years of marriage until his passing in 2018.

Dolores was a woman of deep Catholic faith, which guided her throughout her life and sustained her in her final days. She devoted her career to caring for and supporting others, beginning with a rewarding career in nursing and ending her professional career serving as the secretary to the Admiral of the U.S. Coast Guard — a role she held with great pride.

She also found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved playing cards and mahjong with her friends, where her sharp mind and lively spirit shone through. Most of all, she cherished time spent with her friends and her second love Pumpkin her toy shitzu. 

She is survived by her two sons, Frank and Michael; and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Cameron, Corinne, Megan, Brandon, and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank.

At this time the family has yet to announce any services in Florida ahead of both Frank and Dolores being interned at Arlington National Cemetery as their final homecoming. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local hospice organization. Dolores’s sons would also like to thank the incredible care team in the PCU at Viera Hospital who went above and beyond to care for our mother as her health quickly declined and also Viera hospice services who made her last days as comfortable and peaceful as possible. 

Mom’s legacy of love, faith, and resilience will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her.
