Aglaia (Aggie) Stratakos, age 97, of Columbia, South Carolina passed away peacefully on July 31st 2025. She was a devoted mother whose love and compassion shaped the lives of everyone around her.

Born in Athens, Greece she lived a long life marked by resilience, generosity, and an unwavering dedication to her family. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and bird watching. She will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.

She is survived by her son, Ted Stratakos, and many relatives and friends who cherished her. Her memory will live on in the love she gave and the example she set.
