John Gonzales Espinoza
July 19th, 1955 - August 18th, 2025
John G. Espinoza passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025 at St. Peters Hospital in Olympia, WA. He was 70 years old. He died as a result of a stroke and a two-year battle with B-cell lymphoma. He was an Olympia resident since 2001 and worked for the City of Olympia Parks Maintenance. He leaves behind his wife, Elaine Espinoza and daughter, Flora Espinoza, well as his brother, Pete Espinoza, and sisters Dolores Sanchez and Gloria Barkis and their families.
John was a creative soul who loved making art centering on family members as well as abstract art. He loved the outdoors and spent his younger days surfing and bicycling long distances. John was an avid recycler always making use of used items for work, home and art. He will be missed.
