Pablo Guerrero “Pabis”, 56 was called to be with the Lord on August 16th, 2025, at his home in Brighton Colorado. He leaves behind a legacy of wisdom, humor, and love that touched the lives of everyone he knew.

Pablo was born in Durango, Mexico April 9th, 1969. He grew up in Hudson Colorado with his brothers and sisters. The middle 5th child out of nine. He was the brother who shared a close bond equally with his older siblings as he did with his younger siblings. He was an athlete in high school and continued to wrestle while proudly serving as a Marine. He was honored to serve his country during Desert Storm. He was an adventurer who enjoyed biking, running, reading, listening to a wide range of music and spending time with his dogs. He was a jack of all trades, handyman, poet, mechanic, researcher, flirt and a walking juke box, who would help you with anything you needed. He ran several marathons, 5ks, enjoyed hiking or white-water rafting in the mountains, and would often bring his family along to these adventures with him. He loved and respected his parents deeply, but his mother held a special place in his heart. She was the only one whose voice could truly reach him, even with his independent nature and he devoted his life to being his parents’ primary caregiver up until his passing.

Whenever anyone had a question he was someone you could go to for advice. A protective brother/uncle/son who loved unconditionally. We all felt his love! He was a role model for all of his nieces and nephews. Unapologetically true to himself. Pablo often said & quoted the eagles; “Take it easy”, a song he loved and something he would say when he said goodbye. Take it easy Pabis, may you rest in peace.

He is survived by parents Pablo y Ubaldina Guerrero, 7 siblings, Saul (Irene), Gilberto (Lupe), Elda (Félix), Polo (Elena), Tony, Dina (Stephen) and Angélica (Martín) 41 nieces and nephews, numerous aunts, cousins. 4 godchildren Sarai Castillo, Gilberto, Antonio and Crystal Guerrero. He is proceeded in death by brother Victor.

Spanish:

Take it easy, Pabis, y Descansa en Paz.

Le sobreviven sus padres Pablo y Ubaldina Guerrero, 7 hermanos: Saúl (Irene), Gilberto (Lupe), Elda (Félix), Polo (Elena), Tony, Dina (Stephen) y Angélica (Martín); 41 sobrinos y sobrinas, numerosos tíos, primos y 4 ahijados: Sarai Castillo, Gilberto, Antonio y Crystal Guerrero. Le precedió en muerte su hermano Víctor.
