Thomasine Carol Seabrook, 84, of North Charleston, SC, passed away August 22, 2025. She was born in Charleston, SC to the late Thomas and Lillie Mae (Green) Brown. She is survived by her sons: Bernard Brown, Allen (Lavakia) Brown, Terrell Brown; daughter Stacey Brown and son in law Darrel Washington. She is proceeded in death by her daughter Janet Lorraine Washington.
A Celebration of Life Service will be August 29, 2025, visitation at 10am with an 11am funeral service to follow, taking place at the Shiloh AME Church, located at 3570 Meeting Street Rd, North Charleston, SC 29405.
