Patricia Elaine Phelps
September 20th, 1942 - August 28th, 2025
Patricia Elaine Phelps, 82, wife of the late Joseph Phelps, passed away on August 28, 2025, in Erlanger, KY. She was born in Los Angeles, California on September 20, 1942, to the late Arthur and Myrtle Manning Passey. Patricia had been a caregiver for many years of her career.
She is survived by her daughters, Elaine Pauley, of Erlanger, Victoria Lytle (Robert), of Frankfort, Helen Batdorff, of Frankfort, son, James (Ruthie) Phelps, of Owenton, sisters, Carol Ann Patton, Marsha Nawrocki, Claudia Carrell, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and soon to be, 1 great- great grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Joseph Phelps Jr., Kevin Phelps and her sister, Joan Hahn.
Funeral services will be Friday, September 5th, 2025 at 1:00PM at the Church of Jesus Christ LDS in Frankfort. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be prior to the funeral beginning at 12:00 PM. Serving as pall-bears are Mike Hahn, Steve Carrell, Ryan Phelps, Jacob Phelps, Elijah Ramos, Damon Bader, Lance Lock, and Jonathon Jack. Honorary pall-bearer is Johnathan Chambliss.
