Alice Toohey Martin
March 12th, 1938 - August 31st, 2025
Alice Toohey Martin, 87, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in Lexington, KY. She was born in Paris, KY on March 12, 1938, to the late George Toohey and Mary Elizabeth McCarthy Toohey. Alice retired as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of Pax Christi Catholic Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia (Patrick) Deluca, Versailles, KY and Jean (Louis, Fister, Lexington, KY; four grandchildren, Kristen (Justin) Sealand, Shaun Patrick Deluca, Brian Fister and Benjamin (Mary Stuart) Fister; five great-grandchildren, Everett, Garrett, Ava, Wyatt and Alice. She is preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.
A visitation will be 10am-11am Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Pax Christi Catholic Church followed by a memorial mass at 11am. Following the memorial mass will be the inurnment.
