Anita Jane ZeiglerAge 66, of Tucson, Arizona, was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on August 28, 2025.
Anita was born and raised in Tucson, where she graduated from Palo Verde High School in 1976. She went on to work as a tax preparer for 25 years, building lasting relationships with the many people she served.
A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Anita will be remembered for the joy, kindness, and love she poured into everyone around her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Martha “Betty” Bush; her brothers Jerry, Gordon, and Alan Bush.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 28 years, Patrick Zeigler; her children Stefanie Byars, Kay McLane (Andy), Jennifer Barr (Jesse), and Zane Zeigler; as well as her seven cherished grandchildren: Andrew, Gabriel, Levi, Lily, Ella, Lucille, and Patrick.
Anita’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle, faithfully walking four miles a day, and was a longtime member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God. Her unwavering faith and love for her family will continue to inspire all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 11am. Glad Tidings Assembly of God, 600 N. Kolb Rd., Tucson, AZ 85710
