"Darell Raymond “DD” Kennedy, 85, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on August 30, 2025, in Oro Valley, Arizona.
Born on April 18, 1940, in Hutchinson, Kansas, Darell lived a full and vibrant life marked by devotion to family and a love for the simple joys that brought him happiness. Over the years, he built a life rooted in connection, laughter, and shared experiences.
Darell is lovingly remembered by his wife Judy; his daughter Tammy and her husband Mike; his son Todd and his wife Elizabeth; and his cherished grandchildren Maressa, Isabella, and Lincoln. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Darell found great joy in watching games and cheering on his favorite teams. He also enjoyed playing golf—a pastime that brought him both challenge and camaraderie.
