Steven Lee Winters

Steven Lee Winters, 41, of Ault, Colorado, passed away unexpectedly on August 23, 2025. Steven was born on May 14, 1984, in Greeley, Colorado. He graduated from Valley High School in 2002 and went on to pursue his lifelong passion for truck driving.
Steven deeply loved his friends and family and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed building projects, barbeques, and riding horses. He also had a strong love for motorcycles. A devoted football fan, Steven proudly supported the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Denver Broncos. Known for his vibrant personality, he was truly the life of every party.
Cherishing Steven's memory are his parents, Bill and Patti Winters, his father Don Huff, and wife Dawn; his daughters, Kylie Wood and Jaycie Winters; his sons, Caleb Fienen and Ryker Winters; his brother, Shawn Winters, and wife Kara; his sisters, Alysia Adkins and Jessica Winters; his grandmother, Paulette Gilmer; his aunts and uncles, Mark and Brenda Moser, and Brad and Vicky Gilmer; as well as his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Olds. A Celebration of Life will be held on September 20, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. at the Ault VFW. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the trust fund established for Steven's children.
