He is survived by 2 sisters; Bette (Nicholas) Hayden of Long Island, NY, and Patricia (Kevin) Byrne of Port St. Lucie, FL., 3 daughters, Kristen Lumsden of Massachusetts, Erika (Richard) Harris of Winter Haven, FL, and Meghan (Jeremiah) Mackey of Melbourne, FL., and 3 grandsons; Brett Harris, Scott Harris, and Eli Mackey.
He was predeceased by his beloved mother, Elizabeth Lumsden, and long-time partner, Debra Harkness.
William was a Navy veteran, a flooring technician, and a machinist, before retiring in 2016. He enjoyed retired life, residing with his daughter, Meghan, and family.
