Helen Frances Miliner
September 20th, 1932 - September 5th, 2025
Our mother, Helen F. Miliner, born September 20, 1932 passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025. She was 92 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otus Matthew Miliner, Sr. Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was the heart of our home and family. She raised six children in creative and loving homes through the years spanning from New York, Texas, France, England, Massachusetts, before settling in Georgia.
She leaves behind six children: Otus M. Miliner, Jr. (Janet), Steven Miliner, Julie D. Miliner, Danielle F. Miliner, Françoise Nwabueze (Eni), and Sharon A. Miliner. To include 13 grand children: Trammell, Kellen (Amanda), Cassie, Matthew (Erynne), Steven, Delorean, Jeffrey, Blake-Ellis (Jabreal), Adaeze, Ona, Amaka, Sean-Jeffrey and Symone (Jarvis); and eight great-grand children: Jordan, Avery, Cassius, Rose, Brielle, Khylie, Camille, and Cree. Helen Frances Miliner was a mom to Paul “Omar” Lewis (Jackie) and his family (Omar Jr., Omaya and Keaston).
Helen retired from AAFES on Robins AFB, served the community i.e, Eastern Stars, Sacred Heart School, and VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the NCO Wives Club. Helen had a passion for crocheting, sewing, word searches, reading her paper, talking on her phone, and playing pokeeno were her favorite pastimes and brought her much happiness and peace.
Helen was known for her strength, wit and kindness. Family get-togethers for holidays and any occasion delighted her. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed by many.
A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2025 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory in Warner Robins Ga, 31093. We thank each and everyone for the continuous phone calls and support. In Lieu of flowers please make a charitable donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
