Connor Michael Giurbino, 28, of Ocala, passed away on September 04, 2025, in Gainesville, Florida.
A Service to honor his life will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 4PM-8PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 5946 SE Robinson Road, Belleview, FL 34420.
Connor was born in Syracuse, NY to Kristen Burney and Michael Giurbino on July 30, 1997. He went to school at Forest High School in Ocala, Florida. He worked as a Paramedic for HCA and Columbia County EMS for two years. He received National Certification Paramedic.
Connor is preceded in death by his grandfather, Lawrence Allen and Patricia Giurbino.
Connor is survived by his brother, Nicolas Giurbino, his sister, Sophia Giurbino, his mother Kristen Burney, his father Michael J. Giurbino Jr (Heidi Giurbino), Grandmother, Jeanette Zuber (Jeff Zuber), and Grandfather, Michael Michael Giurbino Sr. Many loving Aunts, Uncles, and cousins, who enjoyed Connor’s humor. All of the people who had the privilege of knowing him.
Donations may be given in Lieu of Flowers to honor the service of First Responders who died by suicide. Please send donations to First H.E.L.P at PO BOX 539, Auburn, MA 01501, 1sthelp.org. Raising awareness for first responders suffering in silence.
The family of Connor wish to extend their sincerest thanks to all that loved him. Thank you, HCA EMS and Columbia EMS. Connor loved his family and his work as a Paramedic.
