Sharon Reiman Carson

Sharon Reiman Carson, 80, of Sun City Center passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025 at PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Sarasota. Sharon was born in Elmhurst, Illinois to Jean Lois Henderson and LeRoy Alexander Reiman where she lived with family until they relocated to Clermont, Florida.

She attended Clermont High School, graduating in Class of 1963. Sharon worked in real estate field for over 35 years, starting in mortgage banking and progressing into Real Estate Brokerage. Her professional successes include selling over 50,000,000 in residential sales in less than five years as a Certified Residential Specialist, managing a mortgage production department, setting up brokerage and land acquisition subsidiary company for prominent engineering/surveying firm and marketing complete sell out of new subdivisions. She held many board positions on area Board of Realtors and received numerous recognitions; however, she was most proud of the time she spent with her family and friends.

Sharon had a true servant’s heart with a deep love for our Lord. She enjoyed sailing, hiking, reading, cooking and quilting. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Kit Carson and her daughters Dawn Carson, Terah (Wade) McConvey; sons Mike (Clay) Carson and Steve (Lori) Carson; grandchildren, Preston Lattimer, Elizabeth Lattimer, Nathaniel McConvey, Conlan McConvey and Rowan McConvey; great-granddaughter Amelia Lattimer; brother David (Jamie) Reiman; sister Tammy (Tom) Lanna. She was preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy Reiman and Jean Davis; brothers William Reiman and John Reiman.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 1pm at the United Methodist Church of Sun City Center, 1971 Haverford Ave, Sun City Center, FL. 33573. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Residing Hope Florida.
