Mr. Wayne Jackson, age 89 of Auburndale passed away September 8, 2025, at Winter Haven Hospital. Mr. Jackson was born November 28, 1935, in Cottonwood, Alabama to Felix Noel and Ada Louise (Jones) Jackson. He was an Auburndale resident since the 1960’s coming from Columbus, Georgia and a retired Warehouse Manager for JVRO Pipe Company in Lakeland. Wayne was a United States Airforce Veteran. He enjoyed college football, girls’ softball, fishing, hunting, reading and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife – Sandra (2018) and 2 sisters – Jeanette Ballard & Martha Waller. Wayne is survived by 2 daughters – Stephanie Jackson & Terri (Wayne) Reel; 2 brothers – Mike (Lanna) Jackson & Phil (Linda) Jackson; 2 grandsons – Cody (Stacy) Reel & J.R. Reel; 2 great grandchildren– Emery & Barrett and several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held 1pm Friday, September 12th at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park
