Frank Leo Badolato, Jr.
August 8th, 1969 - September 2nd, 2025
Frank Leo Badolato Jr. passed away in his home peacefully in Frederick, CO the morning ofSeptember 2, 2025, at the age of 56. He was born in Longmont, CO and raised in Erie,Colorado. His mother Gloria Rios moved with him to Oklahoma in his teenage years where hespent several years before moving back home to Colorado. His beloved mother Gloria Rios hadfive sons, Frank being the youngest of his brothers: Tim Montano, Paul Montano, Mark Lawley, and David Lawley. He was an uncle to 4 nieces and 2 nephews. Frank’s greatest pride and joywas his daughter, Samantha Badolato. A true father-daughter bond, Frank and Sam wereinseparable—best friends who shared countless memories. Sam was Frank’s world, and anyonewho knew him could see that his love for her was immeasurable.
He chose to live by his own rules, embracing life with a spirit that wasuniquely his. Frank was a free spirit in every sense of the word, known for his sharp wit, bigpersonality, and one-of-a-kind laugh that lit up every room he entered. Frank lived with apassion that was contagious. He spent his free time hunting archery, fishing, riding his Harley, country dancing, four-wheeling, playing pool and perfecting his meat-smoking skills on his frontporch. He made friends everywhere he went, and each person who crossed his pathexperienced a different piece of the unforgettable man that Frank was. Though Frank's life wasfull of adventure, he always stayed true to himself unapologetically, fiercely, and with a zest forlife that most can only aspire to. His ability to connect with people and make lasting impressions, sometimes causing eyerolls but always with laughter. He was his gift to the world.
As we say goodbye to Frank, we know that he is still with us in every story shared, every laughthat echoes, and every moment when we remember how truly unique and special he was. Heleaves behind a legacy of strength, humor, and the kind of fearless individuality that we can allstrive to carry forward. He will live in our hearts forever.
