Edward H. Almada "EDDIE" was born in Tucson, AZ on August 17th, 1943 to Peter and Rita Almada.  He had 4 siblings, brothers Peter Jr., Ernie and Daniel, and a sister Maggie.  Eddie attended and graduated from Tucson High School.  He then joined The Navy for 4 years and spent some of that in Guam.  He was married to his first wife Sharron Ginn for 9 years and shared 2 daughters Kimberly Ann and Jaqueline Diane.  He married his 2nd wife Mary Zelinski in 1981 and they just celebrated 44 years of marriage on June 6th of this year.  Eddie wore so many different hats, He was an insurance agent for Allstate, Rightsure and Debra Seully for 20+ years and then owned his own restaurant with Mary, Wings Over Braodway for almost 10 years.

      He was an avid car enthusiast and spent his free time attending and participating in car shows like The Tucson Classic Car Show.  He loved being involved in the Michael London Celebrity Tennis Tournaments back in the 1980s and did that for several years.  Eddie loved skiing, Tennis, Music and Collecting Art.  Community and family were his passion and his church and it's parishioners felt this.

      He is survived by his sister Maggie Santos, his wife Mary Almada, Daughters Kimberly Gault (Husb. Scott Gault) and Jackie Almada, grandchildren Brittany Almada, Ryan (wife Marissa), Garret (wife Amber), and Carleigh Gault, also Madison Almada.  He had 4 great grandchildren Julian, Gabriel, Allonzo and Natalie.  He had several nieces and nephews whom he was very close to and loved dearly especially since he was preceeded in death by all 3 of his brothers.

      He was a most beloved Husband, Father, Tio (Uncle), Tata (Grandfather) and everything in between.  He was the guy that could make you smile or laugh when you had a bad day and we will all miss that immensely.
