November 6th, 1932 - September 4th, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Elsbeth Luise Anita Richards. She left this world peacefully on Thursday, September 4th at the age of 92, surrounded by family. She was born in Ronnenberg, Germany to the late Emil and Emma Bach in November of 1932. She met and married her late husband, William Richards, who was stationed in the army. She was a supportive military wife, who had the opportunity to live in many wonderful places. Through numerous moves and deployments, she provided unwavering support and a home that was filled with love and wonderful food. Elsbeth is survived by sons Dale (Ban), William Jr., and Charles; daughters Patricia Sargent (Brian), Carol Richards Grundmann, and Janell Mooney (Kenneth); 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at 12:30 PM on Thursday, September 11th at the Florida Mortuary Chapel in St. Petersburg. Interment at Bay Pines National Cemetery will take place at a later date.
