Cletha Imogene Hague of Ione, CA, passed away at home from natural causes on September 5, 2025. She was born on February 22, 1930, in Boswell, OK, to Houston & Vinnie Atnip.She is survived by her daughter Sandra Hague, brother Jerry Atnip (Jan), sister Pamela Robert (David) & daughter-in-law Deena Hague, along with 5 grandchildren, her granddog and 8 great-grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hague; daughter Frances; son Larry; sisters Doris Campbell and Etta Heinlen; and brother Tom Atnip.Cletha belonged to the Creekside Methodist Church and was an active member of Eastern Star for 69 years. She held many offices in Eastern Star and rose to the position of Deputy Grand Matron. She developed a strong bond with her chapter sisters and became an active volunteer in the community. Along with being a warm, loving mother and devoted friend to many, Cletha was also an accomplished artist and the best snickerdoodle maker of all time. She will be missed.Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 19, at 10:30 a.m. at West Point Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Amador & Calaveras.
