Donald Jerome Tahtinen, age 84, of Milwaukie, Oregon, passed away on September 8, 2025 surrounded by family.
Don was born in Ontonagon, Michigan to Nels and Thyra (Melin)Tahtinen. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 1 PM at New Life Church in Carlton, MN. Visitation one hour prior at the church and a reception will follow before burial with military honors at Maple Grove Cemetery in Cloquet, MN.
Atkins-Northland Funeral Home in Cloquet, MN is entrusted with arrangements.
