David K. Keagle
February 12th, 1949 - September 7th, 2025
David K. Keagle, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on September 7, 2025.
Born the second of four children, Dave grew up with a strong sense of family and service that carried through his entire life. He is survived by his three children: Tammie Bradley of Longmont, CO; Kevin Keagle (wife Tabitha) of Longmont, CO; and Kristen Caldwell of Johnstown, CO. He also leaves behind two sisters, Carol Strong of Brighton, CO, and Cheryl Bumby of Berthoud, CO, along with six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, all of whom were a source of pride and joy.
Dave graduated in 1967 and served his country in the United States Air Force from 1969 to 1975 during the Vietnam War. After his military service, his dedication to his community continued as he held the position of Captain of the Reserves for the Longmont Police Department for more than a decade. His commitment to both his nation and his community left an enduring impact that will long be remembered.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Longmont Moose Lodge. The service will include an Honor Guard 21-Shot Salute to recognize and honor his service.
Dave will be remembered for his devotion to family, his service to others, and the legacy of love, honor, and dedication he leaves behind.
