Tina Faye Busick, age 54 of Kingsport, TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 14, 2025.  Tina was born on December 31, 1970, in Kingsport, TN to Robert and Sarah Busick.  Tina worked many years with the Kingsport City Schools System and was a friend to everyone she met. 

Tina loved her family, and she enjoyed every minute with them.  She also enjoyed shopping at local thrift stores and listening to old country music; “the real country music.” 

Tina was preceded in death by her parents.  Those left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Summer Hicks (Chris), and Taylor White (Kaley); two grandchildren, Kaisley Dykes, and Camden Hicks; sister, Christy Stout (Ronnie); two brothers, Travis Busick (Angie), and Anthony Busick (Melissa); niece, Blaiklee Stout; Nephew, Brayden Stout; aunt, Rhonda Pittman; dear friend, Randall Danna; and many loving family members and friends  The family would like to give a special “Thank You” to the staff at Holston Valley Medical Center, The Bristol Hospice House, and good friends, David and DeAnna Dotson. 

The family will receive friends at Carter-Trent Funeral Home Kingsport on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  A funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Brother David Dotson officiating.  A graveside service will be held at Light Cemetery on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:00 am.  Ronnie Stout, Stanley Smith, Wayne Pittman, Christopher Hicks, and Randall Danna will be serving as pallbearers.  Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:50 am.
