John William O’Neill (Bill O’Neill) passed away August 26 2025. John was born August 20 1942 and adopted at infancy by his late grandmother Florence Oneill.
John was raised in Wenatchee Washington and had a very vivid life. He served in the US Air Force, worked for the railroad, was a promoter for the music industry and multiple other experiences.
He loved his pets dearly, enjoyed hiking, long drives and volunteering at the food bank delivering food to those in need. He never met a stranger and loved to be humorous.
Preceded in death by his spouse Janice Lewis and her 2 sons. Former spouse Kay Sailsbery.
Survived by step daughter April McDonald (John McDonald), step son Tom Vice(Joan Vice). Former spouse Denise Scheel and step sons Dustin Clark and Dillon Clark. Brother Jim Fouratt. Step grandchildren Joshua Sailsbery ( Stacy Sailsbery), Tawnie West ( Adam West), Allie Sailsbery, Johnathan McDonald ( Selena McDonald), Jacob Vice(Dayo Vice), Joel Vice, and Tavia Vice(Adam Medlock) and 13 great grandchildren.
