Mark Allen Culbreth passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on April 12, 1960 in Ocala, FL to Henry and Sandra Culbreth. Mark is survived and missed by his wife Laurel, his son Evan, his daughter Marissa, his step daughter Lindsay (Matthew), his mother Sandra, his sister Pam, and his brother David (Becki), his sister-in-law Heather (Mike) and his brothers-in-law Don (Awen) and Bruce. Mark will be forever cherished by his four grandsons Clinton, Jameson, Hayes and Gaines and his nieces and nephew Bobby, Allie, Christie, Michelle and Danielle.
Mark was preceded in death by his father Henry.
Mark enjoyed boating and fishing from their Boston Whaler in St. Petersburg, sunny days by the ocean in Marathon, sharing a drink at his favorite bar in Key West, and hiking in North Carolina.
Mark turned his childhood passion for rocks into a career as a Professional Geologist for ECT. He was greatly respected by his clients and peers and will be remembered for his dedication and integrity throughout his career.
Memorial contributions in Mark’s name may be given to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or Parkinson’s Foundation.
