Elaine was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. She was the Daughter of William and Mary Krebs. She was an extremely happy and positive person with a very caring and giving personality. All of her marvelous traits made her a perfect candidate for her chosen profession as a registered nurse. Her nursing career included work at The Boeing company and Blue Cross in Seattle. Elaine met and married the love of her life, Edward Zeine and the couple moved to Cordova Alaska in 1979. The two were a wonderful team as hospital administrator and clinic/surgical nurse, and they made a significant and positive impact.
