Ms. Angeles Hussein, age 64, a resident of Polk City, Florida, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025, at her home surrounded by family. Ms. Hussein was born January 27, 1961, in New York, New York to Rafael and Angeles Torres Gonzalez. She was a resident for 3 years coming from New York and retired from the New York Department of Transportation as an HR Administrator. Angeles was a member of Saint Sylvesters Catholic Church in Staten Island, New York. She enjoyed singing, dancing, Broadway shows, museums, giving to others and spending time with her family. Angeles was a giving and loving person to all. She was preceded in death by her parents. Angeles is survived by her devoted family, daughter – Linda Rivera and husband Angel; son – Michael Hussein; brother – Martin Delgado; sister – Maryanna Cevan; 2 grandchildren – Nasir & Sabryna; niece – Christina Gonzalez and nephew – Hendrix C. Taylor. A graveside service will be held 10:15 am Friday, September 26th at Auburndale Memorial Park with a gathering of family & friends from 9-10 am at Kersey Funeral Home.
