Lynda Ann Silveira
November 8th, 1946 - September 20th, 2025
"Lynda Ann Clark Silveira was born November 8, 1946, in Orange, California, to Alfred Clark and Bertha Beatrice Beach. She grew up in a lively household with three brothers and two sisters—all of whom preceded her in death. On September 20, 2025, at the age of 78, Lynda passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her daughter, Amy Boheman, and grandaughter, Gabrielle. Lynda’s life was full, complicated, and colorful. She was the proud mother of three children—Robert Tippins, Amy Boheman, and Matthew Tippins—and grandmother to Robyn Nichols (deceased), Ashley Strobel, Tia Tippins, and Gabrielle Roper. She also leaves behind two great-grandsons who she had hoped to meet one day. Over her lifetime, Lynda wore many hats, and almost all of them involved caring for others. She worked as a caregiver for the elderly, ran a daycare, cooked for families, and—true to form—collected hobbies and passions along the way. She loved reading, writing, gardening, experimenting with spices in the kitchen, and surrounding herself with pets (sometimes preferring them over people). She was also known to move—often. By her daughter’s count, she lived in more than 44 different homes, from barns and A-frames to trailers and even a converted chicken coop. For a short while she was even an honorary member of the Hells Angels, which only added to the long list of stories that made her who she was. Faith was important to Lynda, and she found community in several Christian churches in Bonney Lake and Sumner over the past few decades. But her truest ministry was simpler: feeding people, loving them through conversation, and giving even when she had little to spare. Lynda’s wishes were clear—no grand service, no fuss. Her family will hold a private gathering in November and return her ashes to the Skagit River in Concrete, Washington, a place she loved. In her honor, donations may be made to Emergency Food Network in Lakewood, WA. Lynda believed no one should go hungry and found joy in giving back however she could. She will be remembered for her generosity, her humor, her grit, her endless “I love you’s,” and the beautiful, complicated love she carried for her family and friends."
