We are saddened to announce that Linda Lee Muster, age 79, of Mountain Home, ID, passed away, peacefully in her sleep, Wednesday, 17 Sept 2025, at home. She was born October 10, 1946, in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Lester and Helen Pegg.Linda loved animals, going camping, and exploring new places. She loved her family and friends and was known for having a heart of gold. Linda was a devoted wife to Douglas Muster who passed in 2011, and a loving mother to Mark and Denise.Linda is preceded by Her brothers, Richard and George Pegg.Linda is survived by her sister Susan and husband John Finnegan, her brother, Robert and wife Sandy Pegg and their families, Linda's son, Mark Muster, his wife Sandra, and Linda’s daughter Denise Luce and her husband Bob. Linda loved her 4 Grandchildren and their families: William Ledbetter and his wife Lyssa, Andrew Muster, his wife Caroline, Samantha Muster, Ciara Hayball and her husband Chase. Linda was blessed with three great grandbabies, Lincoln and Leo Ledbetter and Quinn Muster.Linda will be greatly missed, but her family is grateful that she is finally at peace.

Our funeral home opened in 2005 when Jerry and Janette Rost purchased the business. We’ve continued to grow along with Mountain Home. Jerry’s career began more than fifty years ago in Boise, and along the way, he acquired an 1897 horse-drawn funeral carriage, which we proudly display in our facility....
