Bruce Edenfield Cullom

Bruce Edenfield Cullom, 64, of Winnsboro, South Carolina, passed away on September 11, 2025. He was born on May 16, 1961, in Oxnard, California.

Bruce will be remembered for his unwavering loyalty to his friends, his honesty, and his caring nature. He touched the lives of many through his kindness and genuine spirit.

After earning a degree in Automotive Mechanics from Midlands Technical College, Bruce began a career as a mechanic, eventually running his own business, Cullom Auto. He took great pride in his work and was known for his dedication, skill, and the trust he built with his customers and community.

Outside of work, Bruce found joy in golf, cars, motorcycles, and boats. He had a special love for his classic Chevrolet Chevelle and his pride and joy, a three-wheel Triumph. Bruce also had a deep love for animals, especially his cat 'Kiddiot' and a wild white squirrel that he lovingly fed by hand. He loved his home at Lake Wateree and cherished the time he spent outdoors and on the water. These passions reflected his love for adventure, companionship, and the simple joys of life.

Bruce is survived by his mother, Carol Blume, and stepfather, Stewart Blume; his stepmother, Marilyn Cullom; his half-sister, Suzanne Cullom Calabro; stepsisters Cathy Blume, Judy Blume Livingston, and Leslie Blume Weaver.  He is also survived by his Aunts and Uncles, Dr. Joseph Cullom, Harold Feltner (Sheryl) and Harriett Rutland (Richard). He is also remembered by many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, James Edenfield Cullom.

A celebration of Bruce’s life will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Lake Wateree. A private burial will be held at Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at Greenlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to an animal rescue or charity of your choice in his memory.
