Frankfort – Ivey Vernell Swain Jr., Baby Brother, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 peacefully at home with the ones he loved. Ivey was born the second child to the union of the late Ivey Swain Sr. and Lucille Hurst Swain in Harlan, Kentucky.
Those left to cherish Ivey's fond memories are 2 nephews; 3 nieces; 8 great nephews; 4 great neices; 6 great great nephews; 4 great great nieces; as well as a host of family and friends.
Celebration of Ivey’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 3:00pm followed by a reception at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
