Bryan Edward Brabham (known as Ed by family members) age 76 passed away on 09/29/2025 peacefully in the care of hospice.

"Ed" was born in Montgomery, Alabama on August 27, 1949 to parents, Dorothy and Bryan Waas Brabham.  Subsequently, they moved to Columbia, SC where he lived into his adulthood.  He attended A.C. Flora HS, graduating in 1967.  He continued his educational pursuit independently and, ultimately, obtained certification as a project manager.  His employment took him to Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.  He, eventually, returned to the United States in 2015.

Ed is survived by three daughters from his first marriage: Andrea Dawn Shealy, Tracey Nelson, and Monica Cromer and multiple progeny including grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He, also, is survived by a stepson, Jason Prim, from his second marriage.  Additionally he has a sister: Yorkanne and Brother: William H. Brabham, Sr. who has a son and daughter in law: Hamptom Brabham and Mary Cha with children, Elizabeth and Eli.

Unfortunately, Ed suffered from dementia, slowly declining in his last few years.  He, peacefully, passed away under the care The Lutheran Hospice who were angels.

Family plans on a non-conventional graveside gathering on Friday, October 3rd and 1:00 p.m. at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens on Two Notch Road close to where his parents are buried.  We plan on celebrating his life and focus on joy and love.
