Harold “Keith” Mays died peacefully at home with his one and only love of 66 years, Shirley(Ball) Mays after a long battle with cancer. Keith and Shirley were united in marriage on August 28, 1959 at Bath, IN.

Keith was born in Levi, KY to the late Charles Edward Mays and Clara Mays. Two sisters, BettyMays) Jackson and Barbara (Mays) Hunter also preceded him in death. Surviving him in death is one sister and two brothers, Bertha Jean Shires, Laurel, IN, Paul (Donna) Mays, Plymouth, INand Richard (Linda) Mays, Richmond, IN.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley, one daughter, Karen Terkoski and son-in-law Leon Terkoski from Murphy, NC and one son, Mike Mays and daughter-in-law Sandy Mays from Harriman, TN. Survivors also include four grandchildren, Erica Mays, Rockledge, FL, Dustin (Amy) Terkoski, Cadiz, OH, Chris Mays, Harrriman, TN and Debbie Terkoski, Keystone Heights, FL. Four great grandchildren, Chloe Mays, Kynlie, Rylie and Jaxon Terkoski.

Keith was a member of the Sebastian Craft Club, Sebastian, FL for over 40 years. He designed and created planes, helicopters and airboats out of aluminum cans. He loved attending all craft shows and interacting with customers and other crafters. He was a man of many talents, always dreaming and designing new creations.

Burial will be at Cape National Cemetery
