Mr. Arnold “Arnie” Joseph Davis, age 71, a resident of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Davis was born July 21, 1954, at MacDill Airforce Base in Tampa, Florida to James Howard and Rachel (McElroy) Davis, Sr. Arnold was a lifelong Florida resident, graduating from Auburndale High School in 1973 and worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Mosaic Phosphate Mining for 40 years. He enjoyed boating, fishing, spending time with his family and will be remembered for warmly greeting church friends at the doors of First Missionary Baptist in Auburndale. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents, and his 2 brothers, James Howard Davis, Jr., and Samuel McElroy Davis. Arnie is survived by his loving family, wife of 50 years, Debbie Davis; son – Ryan Davis; 2 daughters - Jennifer Garner and Erin (Michael) Robinson; and leaving to cherish his memory, his grandson, Dylan Robinson.  Arnie was loved by many in his family, including his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, October 8th at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
