Mary Louise Wrobleski
May 14th, 1948 - September 27th, 2025
In Loving Memory of
Marilou Wrobleski, of Christmas, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025, at the age of 77.
Born on May 14, 1948, Marilou was raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Olyphant High School. She continued her education by taking business courses at Penn State University and later studied forensic science at Kaplan University — a reflection of her lifelong curiosity and commitment to learning.
Marilou began her professional journey as a certified nurse’s aide after attending Vocational Technical School, where she cared for others with deep compassion. She later transitioned into the insurance industry, working as an office manager at Giordano Insurance and eventually as an underwriter for Connor-Helring Associates, where she concluded her career. A licensed notary, she was known for her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
While living in Dickson City, Pennsylvania, Marilou served as president of the girls' softball league for several years, supporting youth sports with dedication and heart. She was instrumental in securing the renovation of the Dickson City girls’ softball field, helping to create a better space for young athletes in the community. Later in life, she continued her community involvement as an auxiliary member of American Legion Post 242 in East Orange County, Florida, proudly supporting veterans and their families.
Marilou was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Allen Wrobleski, whose unwavering care and companionship were a testament to their enduring love.
She is also survived by her daughter, Sara Kane, and son-in-law, Marty Kane. Over the past decade, Sara was a tireless advocate for her mother’s health and well-being, coordinating care and support from afar. Marilou shared a beautiful bond with her beloved granddaughter, Emma Kane, who brought immense joy to her life.Marilou’s sister, Michaline Gregorowicz, was a steadfast source of love and support. Their close relationship brought Marilou great comfort, especially during Michaline’s visits to Florida.
She also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever remember her strength, kindness, humor, and the steady warmth she brought to their lives.
A future Mass will be held at Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Dickson City, and a separate ceremony will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Dates and times for both will be announced via Facebook.
Marilou’s life was one of quiet strength, love, and dedication — a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
